Countless bereaved people have found profound healing by engaging in artistic endeavors, and countless studies demonstrate the psychological and physiological benefits of making art. After losing her 11-month-old daughter Claire in an accident, today’s guest Méora—a life-long artist- initially lost her desire to create as well. Nine months to the day after Claire died, Méora gave birth to Eden, as well as a renewed desire to create art. Her project Mothers of Eden is the fruit of her artistic rebirth.
