In 2016 she got to know QiGong & Tai Chi. And began training in the depths of Nei Gong and studied Traditional Chinese Medicine more closely, practicing self-defense, natural healing, and other various martial arts.

Born and raised in Japan, Yujiro Seki discovered his passion for film-making when he was in high school.
Through making his first feature film, Sokonashi Deka (The Enigmatic Detective), he became enamored with the imaginative possibilities of cinema and vowed to master the art through study in the United States.
Seki earned a BA in Film from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed a short film, Sashimi Taco, for his senior, honors thesis.
Following his graduation, Seki moved to Los Angeles to work as a director of the video department for Intermarket Design, and as a film instructor at Montecito Fine Arts College of Design. After attaining permanent U.S. residency, Seki began studying full-time in the Cinematography program at UCLA Extension.

Our guest today, Jason Pittman, is an active duty US Navy Officer. He has served over 25 years in the submarine force and deployed on five different submarines. From 2015 to 2018, Jason was the Commanding Officer of the USS HELENA, a fast attack submarine.
Jason is currently the Commodore of Submarine Squadron SIX in Norfolk, Virginia, where he is responsible for the training, maintenance, and certification of 6 submarines, and over 1,000 sailors.
Jason has a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the University of Texas. Through his experiences in music and his time in the Navy, he has developed a passion for teaching others and helping them find ways to improve the performance of their team through the understanding of emotion and personal dynamics.

160 - Why Do People Suffer? with Ngakpa Konchok Doje Tsondon
During today's episode, we have as our guest, Ngakpa Konchok Doje Tsondon (this name was given by Garchen Rinpoche).
As a child, Ngakpa's first question to ask a priest was why does humanity suffer? Since the priest could not answer he rode to the library at 12 and found himself reading the Bhagavad-gītā, the Quran, and finally found the Buddha's teachings.
Later in life, he practiced Theravada Buddhism, but as time went by he started noticing that he was very into Tibetan Buddhism. That's when life brought him to Karma Kagyu where he found teachings from Karmapa and Sharmapa.
He was not sure being a monk was his path, but after praying to Milarepa he found Garchen Rinpoche who taught him the way of Mahamudra.
And today he's here to share with us his perspective on suffering.

Born in Sweden in 1985, Oscar Brekell developed an interest in Japanese tea during high school, something that grew into a passion that later led him to relocate to Japan. In 2010, he studied at Gifu University, and in 2013 he came back to Japan for a job at a Japanese company.
He became a certified Japanese Tea Instructor in 2014 and completed an internship at The Tea Research Center in Shizuoka, and has also been working for Japan Tea Export Council. Recently, I’ve spoken with a mentor figure, an incredible soul-friend, and truly one of the most impeccable teachers of the heart I’ve ever met, Dan Brule.
Dan insists that the heart and breath are connected--literally. The lungs wrap around the heart, and he believes this isn’t an accident.
As we breathe, we’re awakening our hearts, opening them unconsciously. Just think of what we could do if we had mastery over this process.
Our ears are what people think of as the listening organ, but there is an art to listening with your heart. Dan explains this idea is good because we focus on our heart while we breathe, consciously living alongside a natural connection.

Today I’ll introduce you to the concept of futuring. Many years ago, I certified in a system called ‘futuring’ - which is a system that gives you the tools to design, create, architect, and sculpt your desire futures into the now.
Most of us create our futures from our past. When futuring found me, I found the ability in my mind to design my desired reality in business. This is brain gym, and it will help us create more futures.
Number one is ‘Dark Futures.’ We can create it by feeling isolated. All of the atrocities that we see in mankind are dark futures.
We feel there are no paths other than that of darkness, and it's a future where a lot of people choose suicide – in personal, business, or relationships.

Richard Rudd is the creator of the Gene Keys. He shared that when he was young, he had experienced. As a boy, he would go out into the woods and would experience feelings of ecstasy in his body.
In his late twenties, he had his first big spiritual experience. He woke up one morning into an expanded state and he said it felt like his entire body was filled with light.
