On January 13, the Supreme Court stayed the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) COVID-19 vaccine-or-test mandate for large businesses, but allowed a vaccine mandate for staff at facilities receiving Medicare and Medicaid funding to go into effect.
