#242 - Never A Dull Moment - The Incessantness of Brandon Marshall
Play • 2 hr 38 min

This week, we find our heads spinning from the pure volume of police interaction undertaken. He came from a tough place, and gave himself every opportunity to be a huge success.  And he did become a huge success, in spite of doing some truly horrendous things to some much smaller people. A bad background, bad choices of relationship & a bit of mental illness all make for an eventful episode, but also has a semi-positive ending... For now.

Always date the wrong person for you, be abusive at all times, and finally figure out that you have an illness & get treatment with Brandon Marshall

065 - Twilight: Eclipse
65 -    We take a realistic look into the unrealistic world of romantic comedies that we LOVE to hate.   This Week -   Twilight: Eclipse (2010)  Starring: Kristen Steward, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner   A wonderful movie that is the third movie of the series?    We ask the tough questions this week… How many Twilight movies have we watched?  How many more are there?  How much better would this movie have been, had it been a Law and Order episode?      Listen to the podcast - then watch the movie or vice versa!  But stay home, please. What do you need to go out for? Maybe groceries?  Then go back home. Stay home. No need to go out. Pretend you're in an underground fallout shelter. It's therapeutic (and just safe, right now).    HEIGL Meter!! A scale for movies. 5 Heigls = worst movie you've ever seen in your life, most painful. 1 Heigl = not bad.    Sarah:  1 Heigls  James:   5 Heigls    Follow us on Social Media!   Twitter: @YouGotHeigld Facebook: Instagram: @yougotheigld   Sarah -  Twitter: @sarahhisfunny Instagram: @sarahhisfunny Buy Sarah's books on Amazon!  Small Potatoes: Mouthwatering Musings of a Misanthrope  Small Potatoes: Leftover Beef From a Lovable Curmudgeon   James - Twitter: @Jimmypisfunny Instagram: @jamespietragallo Listen to James's other podcasts! #127 The Killer Clown of South Florida
Just after breakfast on a warm, May, day in 1990, a white convertible Chrysler LeBaron pulled into Marlene Warren’s driveway in Wellington, Florida and a clown emerged. The clown, an apparent messenger dressed in a clown costume, complete with an orange wig and rubber nose, holding balloons, walked up Marlene's driveway to the entryway and rang the doorbell. Marlene Warren answered the door. She said, "How Pretty!" The clown then handed her the balloons, pulled out a gun and shot Marlene in the face, she died two days later... Thank you to this week's sponsor, Best Fiends. From Atlantic City Prosecutor's Office: "Prosecutor Tyner said law enforcement needs the public’s help as the investigation continues 12 years later. “Somebody knows something about this case. Somebody has to know something,” Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner says of the discovery on Nov. 20, 2006, of the bodies of Kim Raffo, Molly Dilts, Barbara Breidor and Tracy Roberts that were dumped in a drainage ditch in West Atlantic City. “At the end of the day, Kim Raffo, Molly Dilts, Barbara Breidor and Tracy Roberts were someone’s mother, daughter, sister, and wife. And I shudder to characterize them as four prostitutes whose bodies were found because it’s not about that. Instead, I say these were four women who were found dead in West Atlantic City on Nov. 20, 2006. They will not be forgotten,” Prosecutor Tyner said."
