This week I’m joined by Johnny Di Francesco, chef and owner of Gradi Group, a hospitality group with restaurant ‘400 Gradi' in Melbourne and soon to be worldwide. Johnny was the first Australian crowned the world’s best pizza maker in 2014 and knows how to get a restaurant right. Johnny was on The Mentor TV show as an expert helping out a struggling pizzeria, so we talk about how to create a good working environment, how to run a family business and why passion used in the right way is so important in business.
