  • A purchase lease option provides a win-win for buyer and seller. If you find yourself a tenant buyer, they can movie in immediately with the right to buy at market value.
  • Any value added to the property during the lease period is of benefit to all parties. Also, a huge deposit isn't instantly required, which can be a stumbling block to many buyers.
  • A Purchase Lease option fee, usually around £3,000-£5,000 ensures that you get a tenant who's committed, and who has some skin in the game.
