How To Develop Your Property Millionaire Mindset
Play • 26 min

Having the right mindset is the most important thing you need if you want to be a successful property investor. Anyone can acquire the necessary knowledge, investment capital, and even the correct network, if they apply themselves to doing so. Mindset is something you have to actively develop for yourself, and by doing so, you can amplify and multiply your potential for success.

In this week’s show, Simon talks you through some practical steps that’ll improve and perfect your property millionaire mindset, and allow you to begin enjoying success much sooner.

  • Simon’s ABC Of Mindset:
    • A - Attitude - It’s about having a positive, can-do attitude. Be solution-focussed.
    • B - Belief - You have to believe in what’s possible. Believe in what you can do. Your belief will shape your journey.
    • C - Courage - The ability and will, to be able to step outside of your comfort zone.
  • Challenges and problems come from every direction in life, but instead of choosing to be beaten by them, we should look for the positives in each situation. There will always be upsides. Those with a healthy mindset find it effortless to find them.
  • Belief can be nurtured by looking at the people you aspire to in property. How did they achieve their goals? How did their own belief get them there?
  • Confidence is a natural trait that comes through self-belief. Courage is a resource we call upon when we are not in our comfort zone. It is the inner strength we utilise in order to see us through a challenge.
  • Simon’s 7-Step Programme towards developing and improving your property millionaire mindset:
    • Remove negative influences
    • Fill your head with positivity on a daily basis
    • Change your physical state/environment
    • Use positive affirmations
    • Recognise every gift you have in life (appreciation and gratitude)
    • Surround yourself with supportive, positive people
    • Be inspired by people who are more successful than you
  • If someone has achieved the success that you want to achieve, then it means that the success you’re looking for is out there. Be inspired by the fact that the journey you’re on is achievable.
