What does the process of getting help for your mental health look like? Whether that helps comes from friends or family or is professional help, is there a standard way? In listening to Lis, Ella, Sharna and Luke we learn that it's different for everyone; for some it’s smooth sailing, for others they learnt techniques that made it less scary or less awkward. Plus, each of them learned what self-care means for them and tell us what they do now to keep on top of their mental health. The clinicians take us through some of those common steps that young people and their supporters might go through on that path to help and we start to think about the many different ways we can Martin good mental health and can be good helpers or support people into professional health.
