Neuroscientist researcher, Dr Aga Burzynska, is todays guest interview. Aga shares some of the findings from researching the brains of famous masters athletes like Olga Kotelko. She helps to explain how beneficial movement and exercise are on maintaining the health of our brains as we age. We also go into understanding the benefits of activity and sport on cognitive performance vs brain training games. We then talk about how we can start exercising at any age and this is why people are breaking world records in their 60's, 70's, 80's and even 90's year of age.
