During today’s episode, I am chatting to Stefanie Jung from @wholesomestef on Instagram, who is a holistic health coach. Stefanie specialises in helping those break free from binge eating and helps find food freedom. For me personally, this was such a timely episode as I think like many others, food is a definite source of comfort when it comes to lockdown. Stef helped me discover that although food is okay to be a self-care self-care mechanism during this tricky time, we do require others too, and also on how to not spend my days feeling guilty or like I needed to restrict my food intake.
