“Music has always been my language.” - Rosie Holloway
Rosie Holloway is a young up-and-coming singer-songwriter from London. A multi-instrumentalist classically trained to grade 8 standards, Rosie was educated about different musical styles from a young age and has created her own hybrid of genres.
Rosie had endured with struggle throughout her life and despite the circumstances, she chose to rise above them. Experiencing abuse at home and in her relationships, being homeless at a certain period and having to work in salons, and getting hooked with life altering drugs were some situations that Rosie had to overcome.
With everything she's been through, Rosie still chooses to stay positive in life, have an abundance mindset that helps her focus on the right things and actions in life and be happier in life.

“If you look at what you have in life, you’ll always have more. If you look at what you don’t have in life, you’ll never have enough.” - Oprah Winfrey
Creating an abundance mentality allows you to live an unlimited, full, and satisfying life. Train your mind to recognize the possibilities.
The brain can only absorb so much, so if your belief is “I can’t do it” or “it’s impossible” then any other thoughts contradicting that will get thrown out. Start training your mind to loosen its focus and create an expanded awareness.
With an abundance mindset, you dream and think big. You’re a lifelong learner who always takes opportunities to add to your knowledge and skill set. But it isn’t just about you. When those around you find success, your congratulations are sincere.
Be the change
Every day we make dozens of little choices that either benefit us by asserting our ideas or diminish us because we hesitate in making our views or desires known.
Standing up for yourself can be difficult. Whether in the context of business, or social interactions, a person needs to be sure that they are speaking up on their own behalf. You’ve got to have your voice, thoughts and emotions understood by those around you.
Sometimes it seems easier to go with the flow to avoid potential conflict. But the truth is that letting people walk all over you can increase feelings of stress and anxiety, and it might eventually lessen your feelings of self-worth and play to your insecurities.
Learning to stand up for yourself will help you take charge of your life, believe in your own power and embolden you to reach for your dreams. The stronger you feel, the stronger you will become.
Music can soothe the brokenhearted, motivate runners and kickoff the most epic dance parties
The notion that music can influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors probably do not come as much of a surprise. If you've ever felt pumped up while listening to your favorite fast-paced rock anthem or been moved to tears by a tender live performance, then you easily understand the power of music to impact moods and even inspire action.
Music has been proven to help our bodies heal, improve memory, alleviate stress and more. And that is most certainly, music to my ears.
