If we have been friends for any length of time, you've likely heard me speak about the power of the morning routine. I believe it's absolutely magical. Yet the more I dig into the morning routine, the more I believe there's a special moment at the end of the day, a bookend to the morning routine if you will, and that's the evening routine.
I set a 2021 intention to create a more purposeful evening routine and I believe that most of us don't connect the dots strongly enough between our evening routine, our sleep, and our morning / day.
