Hurt or Upset Bad attitude Hot tempered Impatient Angry Fear and Worry Depressed and Anxiety Rejected and Sad Guilt and Shame Victim mentality . Emotions are real...It's what we do with them that matters and ultimately shapes our life! . As long as you allow your feelings to rule your decisions you will always be a slave. . 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅! . Stop allowing your emotions and feelings to control you.   Anything you allow over and over again grows. Many of us have been conditions to be ruled by emotions for so long that our life is a straight reflection of our FEELINGS.   Not anymore! 1. COMMIT. - "I want to no longer be ruled by feelings" 2. DECIDE. - "I will not make decision based off of my feelings" 3. ACT. - When feelings come cast them down and replace them IMMEDIATELY. For example... You feel lazy... "I AM IN CONTROL OF MY LIFE!!" Then ACT IMMEDIATELY! - Lace em up,go for a run! . Get those reps until you have conditioned yourself to not act on feelings! . Stop feeding these negative emotions that are holding you back from WINNING! . What area are your feelings ruling your life? What have you been enslaved to? .
