She took those things and poured them into her own studio, YoBa Studio located in Raleigh, NC. Although it is a brick and mortar studio She set out to build more than just studio but also a lifestyle brand and a community that felt like church. People with a like minded heart and spirit for honesty, truthfulness, and authenticity. that can continue to grow. She’s here to help share the practice of YoBa and movement that is rooted in the practice of listening to your body. She’s very passionate about using the body as a gateway to process emotions and listen to your heart and put simply the practice of allowing yourself to listen to how you're actually feeling and what is going on in your body. heart and spirit.
