This week we are talking about weight gain, it feels like in our body positive world we can’t talk about weight gain unless it is positive.
This is unfortunate because we live in a society that demonizes weight gain so of course we will have negative feelings about weight gain and we want to give you permission to have those feelings.
We add extra stress on those feelings when we feel badly about having feelings. Weight gain doesn’t mean something negative is happening.
