Interview with Nichole Nurenberg from Jai Mix
Nichole wanted to create unique recipes that would hold up to the well-love, rice-based snacks which you can find throughout India, Nepal, and the East. In her quest, she made batch after batch, and tested them on the only focus group: her family and friends. In April 2018, she took samples of her three flavors into the Boulder Alfalfa's and Lucky's Markets. Both markets loved her mixes and invited to their shelf space at both markets. In October of the same year, Jai Mix hit the local shelves in her local partnering markets, and they've been growing and adding markets since.
