Being a lover of food and avid traveler, I found out how the added complexities of being gluten-free and the anxiety of getting sick while on your excursion can put a damper on your recreation and adventure. After driving over 6,000 miles of road trips, taking dozens of flights, and experiencing several cruises on multiple cruise lines, I found out what actions and words worked, and how to implement them in advance of my trip to ensure I always have safe eating options.

When you move through The Guide to Traveling Gluten Free, I'll walk you step-by-step through travel planning, no matter where you want to go or what you want to do.

I've used the information procured in my guide on numerous cruises, road trips, and adventures! From southern Utah to Philadelphia, to Austria, Norway, London, and Iceland, the information in this guide is what I've used and continue to apply to safely eat while traveling the world. The only time I've been glutened on a trip was when I didn't follow one of the steps in my Guide to Traveling Gluten Free.

You and your gluten-free entourage can now eat safely while you voyage, without the worry of accidental contamination. With my guide, you will be able to ascertain avoidable situations concerning cross-contaminated food. Experience carefree adventures on your next trip when you use the advice in The Guide to Traveling Gluten Free.
