Growing up in Las Vegas with his parents which included Israeli league great Mike Carter and after attending a trio of universities with the last being the Michigan State Spartans, Carter signed with Hapoel Jerusalem. Following the 2017/18 season, Carter spent two seasons in the Leumit League, Israel's second division with Hapoel Afula and has now made the leap back to the Winner League as he inked a deal with the Red Sea City squad.
