Functional Fertility, Oxidative Stress, and More with Jaclyn Downs
Play • 40 min

With a bachelor's degree in psychology and a graduate degree in Holistic Nutrition, combined with being a certified Health Coach, Jaclyn understands the creation of vitality and the steps to take to radiate health and happiness. Her passion for honest nutrition led her to focus on “how nutrients affect our biochemistry and how that affects all aspects of life, including how we think, feel, and move”.

Today on The Natural Evolution Podcast, Jaclyn explains oxidative stress, how oxalates affect fertility and other aspects of health, what impact mold and mycotoxins have on us, and the concept of “functional fertility”.

Jaclyn’s mission is to empower people by educating them in ultimately understanding how to nourish their bodies rather than just follow guidelines, and she specializes in helping clients and other practitioners identify and address root causes of infertility.
