Nana Badu has dedicated his life to empowering and mentoring young people in East London through sports. Nana moved to the UK at the age of 10, and he experienced social exclusion throughout his life. Sports played a massive role in Nana's life in helping him realize his worth and his purpose. In this episode, Nana and Olivia join James to share the lessons they have learned throughout the journey.

Nana Badu is the Badu Sports & Badu Community founder. The organization aims at providing quality PE specialists who mentor and develop the children and young people they work with. At Badu Community, he and his team support the transition young people go through during critical stages of their lives, starting from primary age and working with them as individuals and their families. Olivia is the brand and project manager at Badu Community.
