Breaking up is hard to do!
There are literally thousands of songs dedicated to the heartbreak of breakups. So if you have known someone since middle school, spent 12 years with them, and have grown apart - deciding to end the relationship is going to be a tough decision to make.
Brenda De La Barrera, who hails from Mexico, studied design and is interested in all things relating to self-improvement, takes us through why and how she ended her 12-year relationship, eventually connecting her ill-health to her relationship, and what healing modalities helped. Most of all she embodies the belief that it's never too late to be brave and change your life if you don't like where it's headed
