It is a practice with extra-ordinary dividends, and one that Megan decides spontaneously to do in order to experience the benefits herself. Unconscious use of various words in our lives nets different results than most of us think we are creating. Conscious awareness brings ‘new possibilities’ for creating ‘new results’ with ‘new behaviors’ and thinking.
