Hello, my Empty Nest Friend!   Well, here we go, I'm sharing how I lost 50 pounds - and am still losing. I finally hit the 50 pound mark, between recording this episode and go-live. And I sat at about 48 pounds lost for over two months. I'm proud that I didn't let it get to me, didn't let the drama creep in and kept doing what I've been doing.
