James Nestor’s is the author of Breath: the Science of a Lost Art. He is also the author of DEEP: Freediving, Renegade Science, and What The Ocean Tells Us about Ourselves and has written for numerous publications including The New York Times. Nestor has appeared on dozens of national television shows, including ABC’s Nightline and CBS’s Morning News, and on NPR. He lives and breathes in San Francisco.
