About Our Guest
Viktor started his journey to full-time entrepreneurship very early in his life, registering his business documents about a week before he graduated from high school at age 19, the usual age of high school seniors in Bulgaria. Through his company, Viktor teaches his clients how to effectively and successfully market their products online. He named his company “Markademics” blending the terms “marketing” and “academics,” a type of marketing academy.

Viktor joked that he is not a “morning person,” but starting his day about 9 am by walking his dog, and then getting to his office by late morning actually is good timing for his business.
From his location in eastern Europe, he is right in the middle of where most of his non-European clients are: North America and Australia. Doing his client work in the afternoon gives him the ability to communicate globally at the perfect time for everyone.
Viktor tells us how his older brother helped him become an entrepreneur as a teenager, at a time when entrepreneurship wasn’t a big thing in Bulgaria. He eventually decided that digital advertising for e-commerce was what he would focus on. Viktor enjoys the immediate ROI realized by the clients that work with him.
Viktor believes that his ability to start and grow a business at age nineteen, from Bulgaria, one of the poorest countries in Europe (a country he thinks many people haven’t even heard of), with no experience, no testimonials, no case studies, etc., is a wonderful role model for everyone. He says that if you can realize your value, handle objections and rejection, then you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
Words of Wisdom
Viktor says that the way to build your confidence and grow a successful company is to just keep trying and to not be afraid of failing. Focus on what you have learned from your failures and do better the next time.
