About Our Guest

Victor says that after spending several years in the areas of web development and product management, what he loved most was being the liaison between the business and the creative teams. He says that he had sort of a “quarter-life crisis” and found that the successful life and career trajectory he had just wasn’t “him” and he was losing his soul. That’s when he decided to make a clean break, get trained in life coaching, and become an expert in learning about and teaching emotional intelligence skills.

What Our Guest Talked About

Victor is also an author and blogger at “The Good Men Project,” where he writes about all of the issues that keep people from understanding their own emotions and living their true selves. Victor also writes stories for Medium and publishes on Instagram and his YouTube channel.

Words of Wisdom

Victor believes that everyone has their own answer, but that answer just needs to be drawn out. He says that everyone should step into their own power and realize they have the ability to really do what works for them. Victor also explains the difference between being a coach and being a consultant.
