Blake Lively: An Exhaustive Examination

Episode 3 – Simon Says (2006)

Jenny, the lovable ironic stoner, is traveling with friends for a camping trip on a long holiday weekend. They stop at a gas station and general store for provisions and directions to a campsite. The store owner, Stanley, is a real weirdo who disarms Jenny of her ironic self defense – despite her “love is blonde” t shirt. It’s strongly implied that Stanley is suffering from a mental disorder that causes him to associate with the personality of his murdered brother Simon. Furthermore, it seems likely that Stanley/Simon will target Jenny and hey friends for some sort of homicidal weekend killing spree… the likes of which he’s engaged in before. As credits roll, Jenny’s fate remains ambiguous.
