The Locked On Cougars Podcast for Friday, January 15, 2021: The Friday episode began with a recap of an impressive victory for BYU basketball at Saint Mary's as the Cougars showed grit in rallying to beat the Gaels 62-52. Jake Hatch explains what impressed him the most from the victory before previewing the game against USF tomorrow in San Francisco. Attention then turned to BYU football as they are busy on the recruiting front with offers going out as well as some losses. Jake ran down what he likes about the players offered and what to make of Minnesota taking two offensive linemen that the Cougars reportedly had interest in Finally the podcast wrapped up with a look at the weekend schedule for the BYU athletic department with multiple teams in action, both at home and on the road Support Us By Supporting Our Locked On Podcast Network Sponsors!  Built Bar - Built Bar is a protein bar that tastes like a candy bar. 88: Erica Ehm on personal and professional reinvention
Erica Ehm was one of the first MuchMusic VJs, shaping and influencing an entire generation of Canadians. Her career has seen a series of reinventions. After defining the role of music television host, she became a successful songwriter winning multiple Canadian Country Music Awards, SOCAN awards, and Juno awards. But the reinvention didn't stop there. She has launched two companies, including the the first influencer agency that was born out of YummyMummyClub.ca, and Ehm & Co (EhmCo.com), a digital agency focused on connecting brands with Canadian mothers. She recently launched the "Reinvention of the VJ" podcast which not only reminisces about that golden era of Canadian music television, but what happened to much of the on-air talent after the disruptive effect of on-demand music streaming services on the industry. With so many people facing personal and professional reinvention (COVID-related or otherwise), Erica brings her experience as a reinvention expert to the podcast and shares what worked for her, and what can work for you. Do I Need An LLC To Start A Credit Repair Business?
I built Credit Repair Cloud from nothing, with nothing, and knowing nothing about software or how to run a business! I didn’t do it on credit. I don’t have wealthy parents... And I didn’t really have any support! In fact, at the time, I was in show business, and everybody thought I was nuts. It was HARD. But I know how to do hard; I mean, I left home at 13 and juggled on street corners to make money just so I could eat! When I started, it was because a bank error nearly ruined my life. After figuring out how to solve it, I wanted to make it easy for other people to be able to solve their credit issues too, and then start a business helping others solve their credit issues! But when I started, it was by bootstrapping and living on a shoestring/top ramen budget. I learned how to save money and build a business one dollar at a time, and if I can do it, you can too! Now I imagine money’s tight for you too, so today, I’m going to show you the least expensive way to legally launch your business. Trust me - starting a business doesn’t have to be expensive! Tune into this episode to learn more!
