Les’s passion for wellness was birthed out of her first experience in the corporate world. After spending eight hours in a cubicle and noticing how depleted she felt afterward, she sought solace in working out, which began to renew her energy. Shortly after, she became a certified personal trainer, building a brand that encourages people to build a foundation in wellness.
