They founded a firm called CPI Capital, which is a Canadian based real estate investment firm in the business of discovering, acquiring, improving and actively managing US Multifamily Rental Value.
Ava’s greatest asset is her ability to cultivate long lasting, trusting relationships with clients and investors. Putting people before profits is a model that has helped Ava be successful and appreciated. With almost a decade of experience in real estate, Ava brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to CPI.
August is a real estate investment professional with a passion for sharing his knowledge and helping others reach their financial goals. He is the co-founder of Canadian Passive Investing, where he enables clients to earn substantial returns by investing in multifamily properties in the hottest US markets.
