Many times people realize that they are not where they should be, doing what they should be doing, but they’re afraid to make a change. They’re afraid of what negative consequences may happen if they make a change. Maybe they make up excuses like:
And I totally get these. It can be scary when you face the unknown.
But, on the other hand, what if the change was actually going to improve your situation - not make it worse? As I’ve worked with thousands of people making career changes, getting over this hurdle is one of the best things that has happened in their lives.
