Tokyo FM's Miki Sumiyoshi interviews Will on Japanese Pop Radio! About Will's Music Exploring “all of it,” from the smallest cells in our bodies to the outer limits of our universe, Blunderfield’s powerful songs present a singular voice home and through years as a pianist, Yoga Teacher, vocalist, and advocate, one coloured with love, wonder, and endless curiosity. But it is also more than just songs – this album is a sensuous journey into who we are and how we relate to the world around us, if using George Michael-esque vocals with ancient yoga mantras. About Will Will Blunderfield has been teaching yoga throughout Canada, the US and Asia for the last 10 years. In 2008, he completed his first training with the Vancouver School of Yoga, followed by a hot yoga certification deeply rooted in the hatha yoga lineage. As he became more and more fascinated with the body mind connection, he decided to pursue a degree in psychology at UBC with a minor in Food, Nutrition and Health. He recently completed an eight month kundalini yoga teacher training program, and is currently a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher in training (program from University of Massachusetts Medical School). He performs original Kirtan/Sacred Song in his classes, retreats and workshops and his music is released through Nettwerk Records/Sony. Will completed an associate degree in Musical Theater from the American Musical & Dramatic Academy of New York (AMDA). Favourite performances include opening for Ace of Base and working with Brian West (Maroon 5, Bono) in Los Angeles on his recent album Wild Horses.
