In this episode…

What does it take to be a better lawyer? Do you have to know the ins and outs of every case at your firm? Should you focus on making partner, no matter how many late nights it requires? Do you have to subtract vacations out of the equation to make it to the top?

According to Domenic Cervoni, the key to success is, instead, focusing on your mental health. A public speaker and Vice President of Legal at HSBC, Domenic believes that prioritizing your well-being is exactly what will make you a better lawyer and, ultimately, the best version of yourself.

Join us on this episode of The Lawyer’s Edge as Elise Holtzman sits down with Domenic Cervoni, the Vice President of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel at HSBC.
