As consultants, we can't be chronically under-rested. You need to be at your best. And if you're trying to build your company and really bring value to your clients, then you have to take care of yourself. You’ve got to sleep better, sleep more, and get quality sleep so you’re refreshed and regenerated.
The cornerstone of self-care is really good sleep, but getting it isn’t always easy. From life situations to health conditions to beliefs we hold, there can be plenty blocking us from getting the quality sleep we need.
