Dlisted: The Podcast, Episode 101 – As Jenny McCarthy Cries Tears Of Betrayal
46 min

If this podcast had a budget that was above zero dollars, I’d play Push It at the beginning of this episode, because we start by talking about the new movies that have been pushed into a release date in the future because of goddamn coronavirus, and that leads to Allison telling me about her special movie date with two pieces of cheesecake. We also talk about Mayim Bialik letting everyone know that she’s not an anti-vaxxer (Jenny McCarthy just ran out of the room bawling out her eyes raw) and how 30% of people need to sleep with the lights on after watching a horror movie

Other stuff we cover includes Sharon Osbourne letting us know that she and Ozzy still sex each other on the regular, January Jones bathing in beer, Kylie Jenner sending her 2-year-old to school in a $12,000 backpack, the end of GLOW, and Ireland’s Supreme Court declaring that Subway bread is legally not bread. And just like that, that hell-ish smell of Subway’s not-bread just wafted up into my nostrils.

Lainey Gossip
Getting Nosey & Competing for the Same Guy
We have a very special guest for this episode: Kayla Grey. If you are not already in love with everything she is about, I'm pretty sure you will be by the end of this episode. I thought Lainey and I were straight shooters but whoa, Kayla does not f-ck around. So let's dive in with YOUR drama! Our first letter comes from "Eve". Eve is trying to help her sister-in-law, Talia, find a man but the thing is Eve has some pretty specific things she thinks might be holding Talia back. I'm not gonna repeat here what those are, I think it's best for you to just listen to the whole question. Then it's onto "Lindsay" who over the last few months has really been putting in the work and moving past her old ways when it comes to race and inequality. She's pushing, growing, and shifting her perspectives but the thing is her husband is taking a bitttttt longer to catch up to her level. So how does she remain in a partnership when they aren't seeing eye to eye on some very important issues? The three of us all dig in on this one and share some of our own struggles in the past. Finally, “Hilary” writes in with a dating dilemma. She and her best bud are both single and yup, they both want the same dude. Is it every woman for herself or are there some friendship codes that need to be put in place?   We hope you enjoy the show and keep sending me all your DRAMA! Send your advice questions my way at sasha@laineygossip.com. We also love hearing from you on Twitter at @sasha_tong and @laineygossip and Instagram at @lostandfoundapothecary and @laineygossip. Angel On Top — 3x04 Carpe Noctem
Four episodes into this season of Angel, and Angel Investigations still hasn't done a paid case. (So maybe get off your high horse about that whole saving people for money thing, characters over on the B-word show.) But you know what they have done? Well, besides tackling race relations, they have also given us another body swap episode to add to the canon, with "Carpe Noctem." Behold what is arguably the horniest episode of Angel, to the point where even the official WB promos for it included dick jokes for the episode's subtitle. (Seriously.) Join LaToya Ferguson as she and guest host Morgan Lutich unpack all the horniness of this episode -- whether they like it or not -- as well as the glaring logistics of the fact that no one immediately said, "Hey, Angel's been body swapped!" This is a strange one, Scoobies. LOCATE YOUR HOST, LATOYA FERGUSON, UPON THE INTERNET!
