Peg Conway - How to Process Buried Grief from Childhood
Play • 51 min

Peg Conway discovered the art of writing helped her heal and work with the grief that had been buried since childhood.

It was her friend's accident (not fatal) that brought her grief and emotions to the surface.  They felt familiar, and Peg recalled feeling this way after her mom died.   During her journey, she discovered the many "after-grief" events that a motherless daughter can experience.

Peg Conway's first book The Art of Reassembly, is a memoir of early mother loss and after grief.  Her exploration into her past helped her reconnect with her mom in ways that brought her joy.

Her book is available on Amazon and through major bookstores.  For more https://www.pegconway.com/the-art-of-reassembly.
