At the Virginia Duals, Liberty's 52-year-old Jeff Lester competed once again for the Flames. A wrestler at Liberty in the 1980s when the school was competing in Division II, Lester is making the most (and maybe more), of his last year of eligibility. I talk to the oldest wrestler in Virginia Duals history just after the Flames finished up on Saturday at the Hampton Coliseum.
